How to hang a billboard and buy a coffin

Takes at least 20 people: welders, police officers, guys pasting the sign onto the frame, various scaffold monkeys and a few police officers.
There are shops of every kind along the road: "God is Good Tuck Shop", "Executive Barber Shop" (about the size of a small garden shed), 16 foot lumber, steel doors and door frames, beautiful wicker furniture, wonderful furniture along with mangoes, bananas, maize, Irish potatoes, shoes, cell phones, clothing, beauty salons ....
And coffin shops.
They are carpenters which make the coffins and sell them by the road. At first I found this just funny, but in some of the other shops, there are small coffins. When we met with the ladies for business, some appear to have kids which are really not well. We hear that AIDS is significant (1 in 6, which is great because it was 1 in 3). Many of the people we talk to have a sibling or two missing in their family. So I guess it makes sense that people need a local coffin supplier.
I suspect the hearse is only for those who can afford it.
